Graphiators is a digital agency specializing in high-end brand identity creation, offering services such as logo design, website development, and content writing. It is a company’s personal project where I played main role as the lead user experience designer, I worked closely with Chief technology officer and the engineering folks to make product experience intuitive, modern and gathered user feedbacks time to time.

Project Initiation and Research Planning:
Following initial discussions with product owners, I established a clear project timeline and parameters. I strategically selected competitive analysis and secondary research methods to kickstart the project and conducted a heuristic evaluation of the existing product to identify potential areas for improvement.
User Testing and Feedback Collection:
I conducted unmoderated usability testing with coworkers unfamiliar with the product’s scope, enabling me to gather unbiased feedback. These insights provided a solid foundation for making informed design decisions moving forward.

The main challenge was that users didn’t trust the website due to its aging UI and poor functionality, which hindered goal completion. The checkout and contact navigation weren’t working properly. The owner expressed concern that without a visually appealing site, customers wouldn’t choose Graphiators for their business initiatives and launches. They wanted to increase traffic and build trust to influence purchasing decisions.

We utilized the double diamond design process, iteratively moving forward and backward through each step of the process.
And utilized the hot potato design process to work together as a team of designer and engineers to enhance efficiency, minimizes delays, and guarantees the highest quality output, delivering a polished final product that meets both creative and technical standards.

Meetings with stakeholders
Through a series of in-depth stakeholder interviews, I gained valuable insights into the current website processes, identified key limitations, and uncovered potential areas for improvement.
With keeping it's customer base and current value in the market Graphiators needed to be redesigned in a way that it doesn't go against it's branding.
With all its limitations and flaws, the website was still top-rated among the customers. It was also considered one of the best among competitors.
The main limitation to reach broader audience was it's aging user interface design and there was no unique selling point.
Company planning to streamline the ordering process by focusing on providing convenient experience with more clarity & personalize experience.
Interesting to offer tailored service such as the business can use the data from the questionnaire to provide customized solutions, reinforcing a sense of care and professionalism.
Competitive Audit sessions


I conducted a competitive audit of 2 leading companies providing website design and development services such as Aidiens This analysis focused on identifying trends, strengths, and opportunities for differentiation in the market. I assessed each competitor’s website across several dimensions, including usability, visual design, service clarity, accessibility, and client engagement.
Heuristic evaluation
To understand the shortcomings of the existing website, I did a heuristic evaluation of various pages and documented the usability flaws such as unnecessary clicks, bad visual hierarchy, and complex processes that can improve/removed. Below is the evaluation of the current homepage, one of the crucial page on the website.


User feedback
After designing the first draft of website which is premium website package that is the main concern of users we tested to gather valuable feedback from team members. We did A/B testing, different variations to see which one will work better and aligning with demand.

Design solution
Based on the feedback I collected from the user tests and interviews with stakeholders, I designed a brand new UI for Graphiators, that was modern and ensured alignment with their brand guidelines.

The importance of working closely with product owner by doing face to face regular meetups,
I worked on from minor to major segments of Graphiators by understang where business stands and where they want to see Graphiators in future.
2: Marketing strategy values:
A strong marketing strategy is the backbone of driving conversions on website. It helps define the target audience, craft tailored messaging, and position your website as a solution to their needs. By leveraging SEO, targeted ads, and engaging content, you can attract the right visitors. A clear value proposition, seamless user experience, and persuasive calls-to-action (CTAs) then guide these visitors toward conversion. Consistent analytics and A/B testing ensure continuous improvement, enhancing conversion rates over time. In essence, a robust marketing strategy transforms traffic into loyal customers.
What is next
After the initial launch of the full website, I received positive feedback from stakeholders and the team.
However, the challenge now lies in the marketing strategy for Graphiators. While the design experience is effectively converting, the team is currently focused on developing a robust marketing strategy to attract more leads and maximize growth. A top-notch approach is essential to achieve this goal.
