User personas
A definition of different user segments which explores their problems, fears, and motivations. From the conversations we had, we spotted personas that represent the shared experiences and needs of all our interviewees. This way, we can understand and connect with our users on a more personal level!
Competitive Audit
I did a study on competing websites with a focus on understanding their features, and the most effective ways of sharing information. My Goal was to provide excellence in Rabt digital product selection and customization.To achieve this together with the team we reviewed websites to ascertain how we compare and what we need to change.

What I've learned
→ Working on Rabt was a bit tough but satisfying. I teamed up with the Engineering folks to make the product easier to use and decide on how it looks.
→ I worked on both major & minor tasks, These tasks encompassed fine-tuning the web app's user interface to ensure seamless and intuitive navigation, as well as addressing critical UX challenges to optimize user engagement and satisfaction i.e website revamp, email templates design, blog pages, order receipt or summery web pages, QR, & card designs.
→I'm new to business models like NFC, and it's fascinating. Rabt Digital's success is impressive—it's now the top business in Arab nations, which is really exciting! 🎯
