1. The Rabt Digital project presented unique challenges due to its novelty in the competitive market, being a rare business type.

2. In addition, the market already had a limited number of businesses similar to Rabt Digital, making it a distinctive player.

3. The client's emphasis was on prioritizing user experience over creativity, recognizing the need to cater to the Saudi audience.

4. The targeted audience predominantly comprised Saudi individuals, who were not accustomed to highly creative elements, prompting a focus on enhancing user experience.

5. The project involved a continuous cycle of iteration, testing, and improvement in web experience. Post-launch, insights were gathered to address specific areas such as refining the card customization process, optimizing blog pages, enhancing customized email templates, and making other design-related adjustments.

First design flow only was one sided information sharing with just a tap over a phone.
In the way question arises that How the next share his/her details with card holder?

2nd user profile design flow:
We as team dive deep into this and did a heuristic review on it together.
So I came into conclusion to add a secondary CTA " Share your details"
on profile he receive.

Both the A and B individuals can avail the advantage of the personal and

While crafting the product, we developed a style guide encompassing colors, typography, and icons. I ensured that the webapp design remained consistent across all pages, reflecting our defined brand identity.

The landing page, in particular, required a lot of iterations This step was crucial to maintain a coherent and appealing visual identity throughout, ensuring a seamless transition between the landing page and other pages of website.

After launching the product, people gave feedback Mainly the users from Saudi Arabia, close relatives & friends, that we are facing issues/ site is down, especially in user profiles and choosing services. So, we tested a lot and decided to change and make it easier for users. Rabt digital as a MVP needed audiance and traffic on sit, My contributions as UX designer for the SEO purpose I designed 2 blog pages & we conducted A/V testing manager picked the best blog page design for the audience. The team was committed to keep making things better for the end users.

→ I worked on both major & minor tasks, These tasks encompassed fine-tuning the web app's user interface to ensure seamless and intuitive navigation, as well as addressing critical UX challenges to optimize user engagement and satisfaction i.e website revamp, email templates design, blog pages, order receipt or summery web pages, QR, & card designs.

→I'm new to business models like NFC, and it's fascinating. Rabt Digital's success is impressive—it's now the top business in Arab nations, which is really exciting! 🎯
